Help – learner guide

Everything you need to complete a course, pass the final test and get your certificate.

1. Getting started

Accounts are created by your organization's administrator or the platform administrator – there is no self-registration. You will receive your login details by email.

How to

  1. 1Open the login page (the “Log in” button in the top-right corner) and enter your email and password.
  2. 2If you forgot your password, click “Forgot your password?” on the login screen – you will receive an email with a link to set a new one.
  3. 3After logging in you land on “My Courses”. The menu on the left (on a phone, under the ☰ icon) leads to My Courses, Course Catalog and Certificates.
  4. 4Change the interface language in the top bar (PL / EN / DE). This does not change the language of course content – each course has its own language version.
  5. 5The “?” icon in the top bar always opens this guide – at the chapter for the page you are on.

2. Enrolling in a course

Courses can be assigned to you by your organization, or you can enroll yourself from the catalog.

How to

  1. 1Open the “Course Catalog”. Use the filters to choose the course language (Polish / English), level and category.
  2. 2Click a course to see its description, objectives (“What you'll learn”) and curriculum.
  3. 3Click “Enroll”. The course appears in “My Courses” and the button changes to “Go to course”.
  4. 4Courses assigned by your organization appear in “My Courses” automatically – you don't need to enroll.
  5. 5You can leave a course you have not completed with the “Unenrol” button on the course page (click twice to confirm). If you enroll again, your previous progress is kept. A completed course cannot be left.

Tips

  • The same course may exist in two language versions (e.g. “ANAFI UKR User Guide Course” and “ANAFI UKR instrukcja użytkownika”). Choose the version in the language you want to study and take the test in.

3. Learning in a course

A course consists of modules, and modules consist of lessons. The course structure and progress bar are shown in the side panel (on a phone – under the ☰ icon above the lesson content).

How to

  1. 1Lessons unlock in order: the next lesson becomes available once you complete the current required lesson. Lessons marked “optional” do not block your progress.
  2. 2When you have gone through the content, click “Mark as complete” at the bottom of the lesson, then “Next lesson”. Course progress updates automatically.
  3. 3A lesson can contain text with illustrations, a video, a downloadable file (“Open” / “Download” buttons) or a checklist to tick off.
  4. 4Use the bookmark icon (“Add bookmark”) to mark lessons you want to come back to.
  5. 5“Add note” lets you save your own note for a lesson – click “Save”. Only you can see your notes.
  6. 6Some modules end with a module quiz. After completing the module's last required lesson, click “Start quiz”. If the quiz is required, you must pass it to unlock the next module.
  7. 7You can stop at any time – when you return, the course opens at your first incomplete lesson.

Tips

  • In technical courses, the names of buttons and screens of the apps (e.g. FreeFlight 8) are intentionally kept exactly as they appear on the device.

4. Final test

The final test checks your knowledge of the whole course. Passing it completes the course and – if the course offers one – issues a certificate.

How to

  1. 1The “Start final test” button appears once you have completed all required lessons and passed all required module quizzes.
  2. 2The number of questions, pass mark, time limit and number of allowed attempts are set by the course administrator. Questions may be drawn at random for each attempt.
  3. 3Choose one answer per question. Use “Previous” / “Next” or the question numbers to move around the test; the counter shows how many questions you have answered.
  4. 4Your answers are saved as you go. If you close the browser or lose connection, you will return to the same unsubmitted attempt.
  5. 5If the test has a time limit, the remaining time is shown at the top of the screen. When it runs out, the test is submitted automatically.
  6. 6Click “Submit test” and confirm (“Yes, submit”). You will be warned if any questions are unanswered.
  7. 7The result screen shows your score, whether you passed and how many attempts remain. If the course allows it, you will also see the correct answers.

Tips

  • Before starting the test, make sure you have enough time to finish and a stable internet connection.
  • Once all attempts are used without passing, the test is locked – contact your administrator.

5. Certificates

After you pass the final test, the certificate is issued automatically (for courses marked “Certificate” in the catalog).

How to

  1. 1Open the certificate directly from the test result screen, or from the “Certificates” menu with “View certificate”.
  2. 2Each certificate has a unique verification link. Share it with your employer or an institution – anyone can check its validity without logging in (“Verify certificate”).
  3. 3To save the certificate as a PDF or print it, use your browser's print function (Ctrl+P / Cmd+P → “Save as PDF”).
  4. 4“Valid” means the certificate is current; “Revoked” means it was withdrawn by an administrator.

  2. 2“Download my data (JSON)” – export all your data from the platform (GDPR, Art. 20).

7. Frequently asked questions

I can't see a course that should have been assigned to me.

Refresh “My Courses”. If the course still doesn't appear, ask your organization's administrator to check the assignment. You can also find the course in the catalog and enroll yourself.

I can't open the next lesson.

Lessons unlock in order. Go back to the first incomplete required lesson and click “Mark as complete”.

I can't move on to the next module.

The previous module most likely has a required quiz you have not passed yet. Open the last lesson of that module and start the quiz.

I don't see the final test button.

The test unlocks after all required lessons are completed and all required module quizzes are passed. Check the course panel for lessons without a completion mark.

I have used all my test attempts.

Contact the platform administrator or your organization's administrator and describe the situation.

I closed the browser during the test.

Open the course again and click the test button – you will return to the same attempt with your saved answers. Note that the time limit (if any) keeps running.

I forgot my password.

Click “Forgot your password?” on the login screen and follow the instructions in the email.
