ANAFI Academy Terms of Service
Version 2.0 · Effective from 2026-11-01
§1. General provisions
These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the ANAFI Academy training platform available at https://www.anafi.online (the “Platform”). They constitute the terms referred to in Article 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services.
The service provider and operator of the Platform is Łukasz Grzelak, ul. Antygony 2, 03-642 Warsaw, Poland, e-mail: info@anafi.online (the “Provider”).
The Platform is intended for customers and users of ANAFI UKR unmanned aircraft (drones) and their personnel.
Use of the Platform is free of charge.
The Polish version of these Terms is binding; this translation is provided for convenience.
§2. Definitions
- User – a natural person who holds an Account on the Platform.
- Account – a User's individual account protected by an e-mail address and password.
- Organization – an entity (e.g. a customer company or institution) that manages a group of Users on the Platform through its administrator.
- Certificate – an electronic document confirming completion of a course on the Platform.
§3. Scope of services
The Provider offers the following electronic services:
- maintaining the Account,
- access to training courses, lessons, quizzes and knowledge tests,
- saving learning progress, notes and bookmarks,
- issuing course completion Certificates and public verification of their authenticity,
- sending Account-related e-mails (e.g. password reset, invitation, Certificate).
§4. Technical requirements
To use the Platform you need: a device with Internet access, an up-to-date web browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge) with JavaScript and cookies enabled, an active e-mail address and – to open a Certificate – a PDF reader.
§5. Conclusion and termination of the agreement
The service agreement is concluded for an indefinite period when the Account is created and these Terms are accepted. An Account may be created by the User or by an Organization administrator or the Provider – in that case the agreement is concluded when the User first accepts these Terms.
The User may terminate the agreement at any time without giving reasons by deleting the Account in the profile settings or by sending a request to info@anafi.online.
The Provider may terminate the agreement with 14 days' notice, or with immediate effect in the event of a serious breach of these Terms. The Provider may discontinue the Platform by informing Users at least 30 days in advance.
§6. Rules of use
The User shall provide true data, not share the Account with third parties and keep the password secure.
Providing unlawful content, including in notes and other text fields, is prohibited, as is any activity that disrupts the Platform or attempts to gain unauthorized access.
Training materials are protected by copyright and may be used only for the User's own learning. Copying or distributing them without the Provider's consent is prohibited.
§7. Certificates and nature of the training
A Certificate confirms only the completion of a course on the Platform. It is not a document issued by EASA, a civil aviation authority or any other authority and does not confirm any remote pilot qualification.
The courses are informational and educational and do not replace the manufacturer's documentation or applicable aviation regulations. The drone operator is responsible for flying in compliance with the law.
Each Certificate has a public verification page showing: the Certificate number, the holder's name, the course title, the issue date and the status.
§8. Liability
The Provider makes every effort to keep the Platform running without interruptions or errors but, as the service is free of charge, does not guarantee continuous availability. Technical interruptions may occur.
The Provider is not liable for the consequences of applying course knowledge contrary to the manufacturer's documentation or regulations. This limitation does not apply to damage caused intentionally or to consumer rights that cannot be excluded by contract.
§9. Complaints
Complaints about the Platform may be sent to info@anafi.online. A complaint should include the Account e-mail address and a description of the problem.
The Provider handles complaints within 14 days of receipt and replies to the e-mail address from which the complaint was sent.
§10. Personal data
The processing of personal data and the use of cookies are described in the Privacy Policy available at https://www.anafi.online/privacy.
§11. Changes and final provisions
The Provider may amend these Terms for important reasons, in particular changes in law or in the scope of services. Users will be informed of changes on the Platform at their next sign-in. Continued use of the Platform requires accepting the new version; a User who does not accept it may delete the Account.
Polish law applies to matters not regulated herein. This choice of law does not deprive consumers of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence.
Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution, e.g. the assistance of a local consumer ombudsman.
